About Us

A Mother’s Choice Childcare Center was first established in July 2016 and shortly thereafter, on January 2017, we officially became a licensed 4-Star Child Care Center in the State of North Carolina. Currently, we are the only center in the area that offers 24-hour care, 7 days a week.

At A Mother’s Choice Childcare Center, we provide childcare services to children 2 weeks to 12 years old. We have a strict No Discrimination Policy, and we offer our services for families and children regardless of their color, race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, social status, or marital status.

Mission and Vision

• Mission. Our mission is to prepare children and their families for their future educational endeavors by making learning fun and exciting through providing an environment conducive for learning. This is based upon a solid educational curriculum, participation in social and community enrichment activities, through play, and the vision of a dedicated, caring and competent staff.
• Vision. To provide quality childcare services to children, their families and the community at large that is built upon a Christian foundation of love with the primary purpose of preparing children to become responsible, caring adults in the future. We aim to encourage the development of positive lifestyles for the family unit and ultimately, the child/children within the family unit.

Goals and Objectives

• To provide a warm, caring, flexible and enriching environment for children to develop and learn;
• To facilitate the development of the physical, and social-emotional growth of children aged two weeks to 12 years of age;
• To develop the cognitive and problem solving abilities of the children;
• To offer a wide range of teacher directed lessons, yet encourage a child-led atmosphere;
• To increase the children’s understanding of the community around them, and
• To make learning fun through play and discovery.
